We are seeking a professional with strong communication skills; someone who enjoys learning and working with other talented individuals. This Customer Service Agent will assist customers and provide Administrative Support. Interact with customers by answering incoming calls, emails and chats to provide information about our products, help customers with purchasing decisions and place orders, troubleshoot AeroGarden technical and plant-growth issues, handle and resolve complaints.

Work Conditions: Standard office environment with low level of noise. Position will require hours sitting at work desk in front of a computer and using a phone to perform job. In addition, the job requires occasional standing and the ability to lift up to 25lbs. The employee is rarely required to climb, stop, kneel or crouch. Some Saturdays and Sundays work will be required during the busy season.
Compensation: Hourly rate, based on experience, and sales commissions
Location: Boulder CO (Gunbarrel district)
